When looking at your own experiences, we shouldn’t compare ourselves with others and use the term “other people had it worse than me.” Each person experiences trauma in their own way and heals in their own way. In this episode I discuss the viewpoint of using “other people had it worse than me.” and how we should shift our mindset to “my experience is my experience”.
